1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Seeker Labs website at seekerlabs.ca (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. Seeker Labs Inc. (“Seeker Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, commitment, or binding agreement of any kind. Information regarding the Catalyst facility, available suites, programs, pricing, specifications, or opening timelines is subject to change without notice.
Inquiries submitted through the Site do not create any contractual relationship between you and Seeker Labs. Any tenancy, partnership, or other formal arrangement requires a separate written agreement executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

The Site may contain forward-looking statements, including statements regarding anticipated opening dates, facility specifications, planned programs, and future capabilities. These statements reflect current expectations and are subject to risks, uncertainties, and changes in circumstances beyond our control.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trade names, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Seeker Labs Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or otherwise use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The Seeker Labs name, logo, and the Catalyst and Pacer brand names are trademarks of Seeker Labs Inc. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use these marks without our prior written permission.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEEKER LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Site.
6. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
