Seeker Labs Inc. ("Seeker Labs," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website at seekerlabs.ca (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
This Policy applies to all visitors to the Site, including those located in Canada, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, the United States, and elsewhere. Where applicable, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK GDPR.

When you submit a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we may collect:

We may in the future add additional analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). If we do, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and we will implement appropriate consent mechanisms where required.
